My qualification is as below

BSc - 3 yrs ( Zoology,Chemistry,Biochemistry ) – Indian bachelor’s degree
PGDCA – 1.4 yrs ( computers )
Msc - 2 yrs ( chemistry ) - Indian master’s degree

and 13 years of I.T experience. 3 years is from a previous employer in India (Dec 96 – Dec 99 ), 10 years is from the current company in U.S which I am working for ( applied GC - under EB3 priority date AUG/2003, have EAD and AP , working on H1b ).

With stricter rules from USCIS -
1) do I qualify for EB2 with new company ( want to start as future employment or even join a new company if they are ready to sponsor GC under EB2 )
2) do I qualify for EB2 from same company ( got promotion recently - job duties changed )
