Follow up question on PERM newspaper ad
Thank you for your reply regarding the employer name and address in PERM newspaper ad. My current lawyer holds the view that my ad (please see my first question) meets DOL requirements.
I checked the DOL's Q&A section, which says the following:
Q: Does the employer's address need to be included in the advertisement?
A: No, the employer's physical address does not need to be included in the advertisement. Employers may designate a central office or post office box to receive resumes from applicants, provided the advertisement makes clear where the work will be performed.
Could you tell me if this is old information? Is the employer's address now absolutely required?
