Q.

Prevailing Wage and Job Advertisement

I'm on my 5th year of H1B visa and just recently started my green card processing. Is it absolutely necessary for us to wait for the prevailing wage to come back before my employer can post the job advertisements for the position? Or, can my employer start posting the ads now?
