Q.

i484 filing for my husband while my i-485 is pending

hi,

My priority date is July, 2007, and my I-140 approved on 2008. I was single at the time when I filed my Aos , I got married on july 2009, and my husband currently resides in US with H1 B status. Can i file Aos for my husband or Not?. (Profession :Registered Nurse, currently working with the employer who file my Aos,EB3 APPLICANT).
We live in different state, and I am planning to transfer my job to the state where he lives , but I have not been able to find a full time job over there. So far I have only got the offer for per DM ( temp position) through the agency ( with the same job description). I am not sure if I can transfer my full time employer to per Diem employer as AC21 portability. ,
and also do I need a lawyer for AC21 portability or I can do on my own ?
Thanks
PS
