Q.

Cross Chargeability

Hi,

My GC is being processed by current employer in Eb3 and my I-140 is approved with priority date of Feb 2008. My wife is a dentist is eligible for Eb2 processing. Both of us are Indian Citizens. Will she be able to use my priortity date of Feb 2008 if her I-140 gets approved in sometime 2011( under Cross Chargibility). Pls guide this is very important for us..as this will help to make a decision if I want to stick to my employer and do we need to relocate..

Thanks
Rajeev
