NIW Employer Sponsered
My employer had filed EB2-NIW on behalf of me as my work entailed something of national interest. On my I-140 petition where it says (section 5) the type of petitioner, it was check marked as "Employer" and not "Self".
NIW got approved last week. I have 2 questions:
1) Can I change my current employer to another one in similar employment roles?
2)Do I have to file the NIW with the new employer again? NIW is supposed to be self-sponsored as far as I know. So does it belong to me?
