Q.

MTR On I140 sent to AAO.

Hi,
I am in 6th year H1b ends in Sep2010.My attorney filed Mtr on denied 140.They sent my case to AAO for review.Mine was concurrent filing in July 2007.
1.How long it takes decision from AAO.
2. Can I get 7th year H1b extension as pending I140.
3.Till decision my status is legal here if i stay.can I work.
4.My GC Process will interrupt if I leave the country.
5.What is your best advise in my case.
I want to stay one to two years here.how you suggest.
