I - 485
I had applied for I-485 and I -140 (for EB2) simultaneously in 2007. Unfortunately USCIS denied my I-140 EB2 last year. Only last week USCIS approved my I-140 application for EB3 category.
Do I need to apply fresh for I -485 or can my earlier I -485 application (filed in 2007) be restored on the basis of recent approval?
Please advise what are my options and what is the current status of I-485.
