dol perm
My labor certification was certified on april 7,2010 (my employer saw this on dol website). We have been waiting for the original labor certification since then. today My employer check Dol website and show the case " denied". What is going on ? can the program change status to certified to denied? ?If so , do you think it was a mistake from dol system? what can we do in this case, since my employer was making all arrangement to mve my case to I-140 stage.( the case stayed certified on dol website until last friday)
