Q.

Cross- chargeability

My COB is India & my labor EB2 was applied in Oct 2007. It got audited denied & finally approved in April 2010. It is filed as a future employee I do not work for them now. My wife is born in Austria & can do concurrent filing of 140 485 for both of us usingcrosschargeability
1 Is there any special documentation to be send to USCIS to make application crosschargeable?
2 I do not currently work for the sponsoring company, I plan to work for them only after I get my GC. I am applying EAD for my spouse not for me. Is that fine?
3 How long can I wait to work for my GC sponsor after getting the GC? I have a valid H1B visa for 2 more yrs.
4 My current employer is also planning to file for my GC labor by Sep 2010,How do I use AC-21 & transfer the first GC petition to my current employer?
