Q.

Change of employer while 485 pending

EB2/IND/PD - Jan'07;140 Appved Jan'08;485 Filed Jul'07; Married Feb'08 - Wife on H4 and waiting for PD to file 485); H1B - 6th year (MS degree & 5.5 years EXP)
Comp A: Current Employer(GC Sponser);Comp B: New Employer
1.How much flexibility will they allow in change of job title/duties/location/salary? what does same/similar cat means?
2.If I transfer H1B based on approved 140, do I need to go through labor, 140 again with new company? or do I need to file AC21? Please advice my next steps
3.If I transfer my H1B to Comp B, when my GC gets approved, do I need to go back to Comp A? How does this work?
4.Is there any way to speed up my GC processing by engaging any senator/governer? Comp B willing to do anything to speed up my GC process. Any suggestions? Does H1B/Manager fall under EB1?
