Q.

AOS filed under 2 categories

I am a Physical therapist and my I-140 was approved in 2006 and AOS was filed in july 2007 under EB-3 category and I am currently using my EAD through that same employer to work and my EAD expires in sept 2010. Also after my marriage in 2009, my husband has filed a joint AOS and included me and its EB-1 category. I am planning to change my employer soon using the AC-21 portability. Is it possible that I can get an EAD through my husband's AOS application so that it would be like the dependent EAD and in that case I would not have to worry if i change employers and would not have to have the employer file AC-21 each time.If not then can I use the same EAD( through my present employer)or I need to renew that prior to working with new employer?
