Q.

Chance of revoke 2nd approved I140,if first I140 denied in AAO

I applied my first I140 in EB2 in June 2007 and it got denied on my masters degree not equal to US Masters. I appealed that in June 2008 and it is in AAO. I also applied second I140 in EB2 With different attorney and it got approved in 2009. I think AAO will be looking into my first I140, probably in july since the processing dates are 24 moths now. My attorney said if by chance the AAO deny my first I140, they may re think on my second I140 and there is a chance to revoke that one too, Since it is also EB2 case and same degree(but he choose foreign degree considered in PERM application). Please advice me what are the chances to revoke the second one, and are there any chances to win the first one?(he appealed showing there are 5 year masters degrees in mathematics in US)
thanks krishna.
