Q.

EB3=>EB2 485

Have pending 485 based on EB3 I140 thro A(Current Employer)PD Oct04
Also have approved EB2 I140 thro B(Future Employment)PD Jul06. Never worked for B

Got RFE for 485-Contains
If you wish to transfer 485 to EB2 I140 with PD that affords you an available visa, submit written request for conversion

Submit current letter from intended permanent employer that indicates current position, if any, proffered position & wage, date you began employment. Letter should confirm terms&conditions of EB Immigrant Visa petition(or LC)still exist
If you changed employer since filing AOS, letter should be from new intended permanent employer
...
If I convert
Who should I get letter from- AorB?
Will I have to work for B in future? When & how long
If conversion is denied will EB3 485 continue?
