Change of employer, pending AOS, approved I-140
Is there a CIS form for filing 485 portability paperwork for change of employer? Will a job offer letter and a letter of similar job suffice? Does new employer need to sign off on any paperwork?
If AOS is denied, can one go back to TN or H1b?
What is the lifetime max on TN and H1b, is it company specific or accumulative?
does working under EAD give me a similar "legal status" as working under H's?
I have an extension of stay H1B with my former employer. I was fired 2 months ago. Can a new employer port the extension and file a new h1 concurrently? Does new H1b not subject to max limit? Can I start working with the receipt notice for extension? If it is denied, I will need to wait for the new H1 approval before I can resume work? When H1 is approved, I wil need to get I-94?
