I am on H1B in US for last 2 years 10 months. I have total 5 years 10 months of work experience in software development in India & USA in different companies with various designations (graduate trainee, associate software engineer etc). I have a bachelors degree (Bachelors in Engineering) in India completed in Aug 2004. Now I am going to join a new company, which would file Green card after a year for me. So as I have already 5 years of work experience, I should be eligible to file greencard (labor) in EB2 category? if no, can you let me know why or how to upgrade to do it in EB2 after an year?
