Bringing wife over while having a pending green card application
Hi, I am citizen of Georgia, working as a physician in the US. Just submitted I-140 and I-485, getting my green card through employment. I am planning to get married to also citizen of Georgia who is in Georgia now. What are my options of bringing here here the quickest and the most secure way, assuming finances is (relatively speaking) not a problem? E.g. Would her getting enrolled at the university and doing her masters be the faster way, rather than being my spouse and waiting for 5 years for travel document?
