Q.

How can I be there

will give you a clear picture about my situation. Now I'm on H1B. I just would like to know how I can adjust my status to an immigrant visa/EAD/AP what ever is apt... is there is any restriction that I should work with the same H1B sponsor? Can I do / start a business? Please advise. How can I change my counselor processing that is already open in the consulate to AOS?
