Q.

Attorney to the Interview

My self and my wife got the notice for the I485 interview. My case is employment based and my wife is derivative. We would like to take an attorney with us for the interview. Can we take an attorney that is different from the one on our G28 forms. Different attorney as an attorney from different law firm than the one we have on our G28 forms. Please advise.
