Q.

EAD and AP - second renewal

Hi,
My current status is AOS Pending. My last renewal was executed by my ex-employer's law firm and I was then on H1B.

1.
Will USCIS require a renewal fee for either the EAD or AP renewal?

The receipt date on my I797C from my original I-485 application, falls after July 31, 2007.
The USCIS website is not too clear on the filing fee for renewals.

2.
The EAD renewal application asks me to identify the office and date where I have applied before for employment authorization from USCIS. I know the office (Nebraska Service Center) for my original EAD application, but not for the first renewal. Which office would they be referring to?
Is the date the day of first validity of the latest EAD?
