Q.

Pending AOS and considering company change

Hello,
I have been with my current company for over 6 years. currently on EAD, with a priority date of dec'06. H-1 expired July 2009. I485 filed in july 2007.

1. Can I port to the new company in a different state without losing my priority date and negatively affecting my application if the job functions are similar?

2. Can I continue to renew my AP and EAD when they expire after moving to the new company?

3. Can my current employer revoke my approved I-140, and affect processing of my I485? the I-140 has been approved since 2007

4. What would i need to do if the I-140 is revoked?

5. How soon can i start working for the new company?
