Hi,

I am on EAD/I-485 pending, my husband works and i am housewife as of now.

I am recently diagnosed with Cancer. Unfortunately the treatment will take more than a year and EAD/AP expiring soon. I can renew them, but i want to know if we can expedite I-485 based on humanitarian reason or is it not suggested?
If yes, what all needs to be done, my husband will contact his attorney for further consultation based on your reply if this is a valid case/reason.

Citizenship- India.
Husband - EB3/PD 2007/on EAD/AP I485 Pending.
Son - 3 yr old - US Citizen.
