Impact on GC when employed by consulting firm and H1-B Declined
My 1st Company(product based company), I worked as software engineer, they applied for GC and my PD is Mar.2005(EB2).I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 2 years. My AP and EAD approved.I got laid off in Sept 2009.
I was hired by company 2 as a fulltime emp.,a small consulting firm,I am placed at client locations,my job is to develop software, and I was placed at client in October 2009.Company 2 applied for H1-B transfer and it got declined since the client didn’t provide a client letter.
I am using EAD now. My questions are.
Will there be any problem with GC processing when working for body shopping companies?
At the time of GC adjudicating, does USCIS require any documents from end client?
If my employment letter is asked by USCIS, does the company employment letter serve?
