MARRIED on February 25, 2010
SPOUSE previously on F-1, later on OPT (expired February 2010), currently on H4
When can I add her to my pending Green Card Application?
Can SHE get her EAD and AP based on my pending I-485?
We have a marriage certificate issued in India. The document is in English.
Do I need to register my marriage in US to file her application?
What documents do I need to add her to my pending application?
