I got my PERM started in my current company in October 2009 and when it got started my company approved that Masters as job requirement. Later they realized that no one else have a Master's degree in the department and none of the jobs have Masters as a requirement instead they have Bachelors or higher education or equivalent experience as job requirement. So they want to redo my PERM process under EB3 now. Can you please suggest me if there is any possibility that I can qualify under EB2 category with job requirements as Bachelors or higher education or equivalent experience. I have a Masters degree and 3 plus years of experience.
