I 485 (EB3) along with his dependents (Wife and Son) two years ago, it is still pending. However, his previous advance parole was expired last month, applied NEW advance parole (electronic) this week, and got LIN yesterday. He sent all the documentation on Thursday (03/11/10) to appropriate service center. I would need your advice/process on getting Emergency Advance Parole ASAP.
He wanted to take Info Pass on Monday to visit Chicago Office. What documentation/evidence is required to convince immigration officer getting Parole approval?
