Q.

Just ported from EB3 to EB2

We just completed the porting process. The new EB2 I-140 was approved with a PD of July, 2003 from my earlier EB3. My AOS was filed during July'07 and did not receive any RFE. With the new I-140 approved under EB2 with PD 2003, my pending I-485 is current. When we are at this stage what should we do so that USCIS start looking into my case.

Do I need to open a SR with USCIS or should I ask my lawer to do that at this stage?

The EB3 was approved by TSC and new EB2 was approved by NSC. The AOS is with TSC? Will USCIS have any diffuclties in combining?

What is the best way to open SR(calling USCIS or Infopass or have my laywer to write a letter or something)?

Please suggest a best practice that we should follow that is most likely going to get USCIS attention to my case.
Thanks!
