I worked in India for a company as Supervisor/Manager for 6 people for close to 2 years. I left that job 1 year ago and entered US on H4 dependent Visa (I got married). The same company has a branch in United States willing to offer me FTE position. It is a pharma company based in East coast.

1. Do i have to file H1 or L1 with them inorder for them to file GC?
2. Can they file I-140 under EB1-C category for future employment? (This is employer's thought so i will get EAD or GC, so he doesn't have to file H1 or L1).
3. I changed my last name after marriage, will this affect if i qualify for above.
