Appeal
I filed GC concurrently under EB-1A category in July 2009 by myself. I got RFE for I-140 in December and it was denied last week. After a week, I-485 was also denied based on I-140 denial. I decided to appeal for I-140.
1)After I appeal, does USCIS resume my I-485 application, based on pending I-140?
2)Do I need to request USCIS separately to resume I-485 application?
3)Do you take up my application at this stage and how much do you charge?
