Q.

Job change on EAD and Risks associated with that

I am currently on H1-B with my GC Sponsoring Employer.
My Labor was filed under EB3 (Priority date: 06/2006, India) for title of Software Engineer.
140 approved on 04/2007 and I-485 was filed on 07/2007 and is currently pending.

I am planning to take up a new Job in a different company with the same title using EAD.

I have following questions:

1. What are the risks on my 485 in the future? (Let's say my current employer notifies USCIS about my quitting or otherwise revokes my I-140 etc)?

2. What ALL supporting documents am I likely to need from my new employer going forward till I get my green card? (I want to make sure they agree to provide these entire if needed).

3. Will I be eligible to work on EAD and renew it even if my previous employer revokes the I-140?
