Hi, My company is currently going through the recruitment process for my labor certification. To save money, the company lawyer has redirected applicants to the company website in the newspaper and online job site ad. Hence these ads contain just the company name and title of the position and redirects to the link (given in ad). I see one of the main reasons for denial of labor certification is problems in the advertisement and hence my concern. Has this been done before? The company lawyer seems to think its ok though I haven't seen any other similar case online.
