Q.

H1-B

My I-140 was denied. My H1 extension was also denied based on I-140 denial. My company lawyer has filed MTR form I-290B for I-140/H1B/I-485

My question is can I continue to work while my appeal is pending? also is it possible to renew my and my wife's EAD as it expire in August.
