Q.

AC21

employer A filed for my GC. 140 approved and 485 pending for over 2 yrs.

I have joined a new company on EAD and now would like to submit my AC paperwork. can you please answer the following questions i got?

1. what are the chances that USCIS might have a query for A2P(ability to Pay) with the new company?

2. My employer says he would give me a letter stating my job title/duties and the joining date. and I'll need to hire a lawyer and submit the AC21 (which i am fine with). my question: is the above letter sufficient enough from the employer, or shud there be a mention to the USCIS saying "we would offer him an employment, so please continue his 485" etc etc...

Appreciate your help!

Thanks!
