Hope you are doing fine .Briefly my status & questions.
1)physician working in HPSA area. 9/1/06 - 9/1/09. filed NIW in 2007 with PD 2/22/07 . recently filed EB2 (employer based) 11/23/09 with approved 1-140.on approved I140 PD is 2/22/07 from NIW case. both cases filed at Nebraska . Received RFE reg EAD that new will not be issued as i have an valid issued EAD via NIW application valid till 4/11.They did issue new TD.
Questions:
1)does this sound ok to have PD from NIW for my 2nd case
2)how long it's taking to get 485 approval now a days .From trackit most of people are getting approvals in 60-90 days .my case has been pending almost 98 days now .am from pakistan with place of birth Libya .(PD current).should i inquire USCIS about case.
