Green Card Coming back from India

Hi ,
Me and me wife got our Green Cardsin Aug 2008 and our son is a US citizen (born here in US).My wife has went to india for a vacation on Jan 10 2010 and she is expected to return by May 30 2010(I might go for a short trip to bring them back) . So when i counted the number of days it is approximately coming around 140 days .

Question 1
Would there be an issue at the immigration when she comes back since she has stayed 140 days out of the country ?.I have read that the original rule is not to stay more than 180 days to main tain PR but i have been hearing from my friend that recenlty people have been questioned at immigration for staying more than 4 months ?.Let me know if that is an issue and what type of questions are expected at the immigration
