Q.

i485

I came to US long time back as F1 student status with I94 says D/S. since 2000 I am not going to school. I applied for I485 thru my brother along with advance parole. I would like to go back to my country and enter US. Can I able to enter US with advance parole since I am out of status for almost 10 yrs. I still have I94 with D/S on it. I am also 245i qualify. I want to be 100% sure that I can able to come back. Please advice
