I-140 appeal is pending, now I am in 6th year.

My I-140 has been denied, we appeal for that denial (appeal is in pending status). Now I am in 6 th year (just starting) and switching to the new company. New company is going to file my labor process. What are the possibilities to get 7th year extension, if my labor not approved within 6 years of my H1-B period.
