Q.

changing job posting to accomodate EB2 PERM application request

Co-worker with same job title, work, eductl bg got GC. His PERM application was filed by comp. under EB2 catgy; nothing filed for me as I had pendng EB3 PERM application from prev. employer-I140 appr/I485 pending. Asked HR to file another PERM application, now, EB2 but said that the job posting to which I answered reqd. BS degree + 4 yrs experience unlike co-worker which is BS degree + 5 yrs. 1-More than 2 years since joining, is there still a way for comp to change that job posting to accomodate EB2 PERM applic request? 2-Any risk for the comp./my EB2 appli request,if granted, in doing job-posting change? 3-Any info on the H1B transfer paperwork my comp. filed when I joined that would prevent them to grant my new EB2 PERM appli? 4-What other options do I have? Philippines-EB2 is current.
