Hi,
I am a manager for a reputed IT company from india which has branches in US.I have been in the US for the last 2 years 7 months under this H1B visa. I was in a managerial position even before i entered US in 2007. I have been with this firm for the last 11 years.

I would like to know if i qualify for EB1 category based on the following

1. I am on (H1B)visa and not on L1A (This is because i got my H1 visa back in 2004 but could travel only in June 2007)
2. The clause which says "The candidate must have been employed abroad for one year out of the past three years for the qualifying employer" . Can this clause be met if i was in a managerial position outside US for the same employer atleast for a year?

Please note i do meet the defination of a manager.
