PD portabliity between 2 companies
Dear Attorney,
I am working on H1B for same firm "A" since last 5 years. (Before joining this firm I had experience of 4.5 years). My LC was filled in in FEB 2005 (EB3) and I140/I485/EAD concurrent in July 2007. I140 is approved and I485 is pending. Current H1B valid until DEC 2012.
Can I Can go with Company B and still use PD from company A (no AC21 - as job duties for both companies are different(A & B), H1B or EAD which one will be better to join Company B?
Pleae guide.
