Q.

Work on EAD for a permanent job at a different company

I have an permanent offer from a company A. I have to work on EAD.

My Greencard is in EB3 category with my current company B. I am planning go on EAD with Comp A.

What kind of queries I might get on my greencard that would
jeopardize my case? I am trying to assess the level of risk I am taking.

Will there be any problem when I renew my EAD without invoking AC21 now?

Since new job has same/similar job responsibilities with company A,
is it 100% safe to work on EAD without invoking AC21 ?

Once company A sponsors a new EB2 greend card and after I port priority date of Eb3 greencard,
what will happen to my current 485 application/EAD/AP?

What documents are required from Company B before I take new job offer from company A?
