Lost original signed page of form 9089 - implications on I-140
The original 9089 certification has a page for beneficiary to sign(Page 8). My employer seemingly sent me the page for signature, I sent back the signed copy but not the original page. Now the original page is missing. My petitioner has to apply for I-140 before expiration of PERM validity (02/22/2010). Can I-140 be filed with a copy of 9089? All pages of 9089 including my signature page are available. My attorney says the original signature may still be required. Please advise
