On 5th year of my h1 and contemplating changing jobs

I am on my 5th year of my H1 and my h1 expires on May 2011. My present company had filed for my Labour through Perm and with the current rate going on i am expecting to come by end of this year . After that i intend to file for my I-140 in premium. It should take another one month in premium processing to get it approved. My question is ...
1) Can i change my job/employers once my I-140 is approved, and i get a 3 yrs extension on my H1b based on my approved I -140.
2)If my new employer files for a fresh new LC and I-140 , can i retain my priority date. Can my previous employer revoke my I-140. What happens if my previous I-140 is revoked, does my H1b extension gets void and nullified.
3) what is timeframe for the labour filing in order to qualify for a 3 yr extension on H1b.
