Q.

Change of employment

Hi,
I applied for my I-140 and I-485 in September 2007 under EB3 category with Company-A.
The I-140 got approved in Jan 2009 and the I-485 is pending.

I completed my 6 year H1B on 15-Nov-2009 and did not apply for a 7th year extension, as my Company-A employer suggested I use the EAD to work for him.

Company-B wants to hire me and I am wondering what are my options for joining them, as they do not want to get into any Immigration Issues.

My question is what paper work do I need from Company-B, if I need to file for AC-21.

Thanks
Srini
