RFE generated-March 2009
RFE answered in April 2009
since then we not heard any response from USCIS.We requested to2-3 service call but USCIS didnt made any decision.All the time we received one standard letter from USCIS" we actively processing your case" . it has been 2 years NO DECISION.Is there anything we can do? Our app also not stuck in any kind of background check but dont know why they are taking so much time? we also tried to convert our case in to premium but uscis rejected PP in lieu of missing original labor copy.
After 2 years our attorney saying we never received original copy of labor from labor department.Howz that possible? .it's looking very dicy for us.Please recommend some solution .I would really appreciate your help.Thanks
