Q.

Work on EAD for a consulting company (perm job), invoke AC21

140 approved on Jan 7 2009, 485 applied in July 2007 through Company B,
On H1B with Company B

Plan to work on EAD for company C who is offering me permanent job.
But the new job would be consulting job (working with different client/locations)

- Is it safe to work for this consulting job without causing any problem for future EAD renewal?
- What should I do while I am on EAD, to avoid B's 485 getting rejected?
- If Company C wants to file for new Greencard, can I re-use priority date of comp B and interfile 485?
If yes, can I use my existing EAD/AP as before?
- Can I still recapture B's Priority date if it goes out of business or revokes 140?

Can you answer above questions if Company C does a H1 transfer?
can I renew H1 from Company C multiple times using Company B's AOS?
