I worked with Company B from Dec 2006 to May 2007. They applied for Labor in May 2007 and I-140 in Jan 2008. I-140 was approved in Aug 2008. As I didn't rejoin the company B, they said they were going to revoke the I-140. I belive they revoked that approved I-140 in earlier months of 2009. I Don't have any copy this labor or I-140. I have SRC number for I-140. In SEP2008 we used online I-140 approved print and got 3 years H1B extn with current employer A.

My current company A applied for labor in Dec 2007, which was approved yesterday(Feb 2nd, 2010). In few days We will be applying for I-140.
Q1) Is it possible to port the previous PD (May 2007). As I mentioned earlier that I-140 was revoked.
Q2) Any estimate PD will be current For EB2 INDIA Labor date:May 2007 /Dec2007
