Q.

Wrong date of issue on travel document

My I-485 application is pending and I e-filed myself Advance Parole (I-131) renewal for the third time. The AP was approved in January 2010 with wrong date of issue (01/11/1990) however the expiration date (01/10/2011) is correct.

Please let me know what I should do?
1) Do I need to efile AP again and send all all documents that were sent earlier or do I just send the AP documents and ask them to send the corrected documents. If yes, please let me know to what address I should send.

2) OR I should not worry at all and use them as they are while travelling aboard? If yes, what I should say to immigration officer at the port of entry.

I tried calling USCIS customer service but got different answers from different representatives.
