Q.

Education with a I - 485 pending

Dear Sir or madam,

- I got an I-140 Approved in April 14, 2009.
- Now waiting for my I-485.
- My priority date : March 26, 2004
- 3rd preference classification
- Country of origin: Argentina
- Still working at the sponsoring company

- I completed a Master in Mechanical Engineering in 2007.

The question: I want to go back to school to complete a PhD program - full time, will that cancel my immigration process ?
