Q.

PERM Denied - government error

Hello,

My company applied for my PERM in Oct 2007 to Atlanta Center. Case was audited in Nov 2007 and my company responded with required information.

In Dec 2009, USCIS sent a letter saying my application is denied. On the first page of their letter, the case number (A#) is mine. But in the enclosure (second page) for "Reasons of Denial", the case number (A#) is not mine. The reason for the denial is that the offered wages do not match prevailing wages. Even those numbers in the letter do not match my information.

My company responded saying this is Govt error.

Is this considered a govt. error? What are the chances my application will be approved? How long is the wait time in Atlanta Center for Government errors?

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Thank you!
